I personalise the monthly fee based on your requirements. This depends on the type of business you run, the complexity of your accounts and other factors.

The base price will be as above, and the monthly fee calculation is based on:

• The type of business you run (sole trader, partnership or limited company)
• Accountancy requirements (such as whether you require payroll or VAT returns)
• The number of transactions (the cost will increase if there are more transactions to be processed)

This allows me to give you an accurate monthly cost to cover all of your accounting and bookkeeping requirements.

Do you want to switch to Pole Dancing Accountant partway through your financial year?

Not a problem. My low prices and dedicated service rely on payments of the monthly fee from the start to the end of your financial year, so if you decide to join us partway through the year, then you may have to pay any outstanding monthly payments for your financial year alongside your first few monthly payments. This means we can sort out all of your books and accounts for the year so far, input them into our system and get them up to date for you.

The fee for this can vary, so the best thing to do is get in touch for a free consultation and quote. What I won't do is give you a large bill in your first month - I will spread the cost for you.

You aren’t tied into any contracts. All I ask is that you give me 30 days notice.
